The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Nagar) Darigaon P. S. Case No. 33 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is a root cause for the killing of the deceased as she has developed relationship with the husband of the deceased. It has been claimed in the F.I.R. that she is the second wife of the husband of the deceased.
