The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chhauradano P.S. Case No.259 of 2020 registered under Sections 457, 380, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from her possession rather recovery was made from bamboo clan situated behind the house of Sk. Saheb as is evident from seizure list. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14732 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.259 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. No.1521 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
