Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against them. Petitioners are Gotni and Bhaisur of the deceased. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14787 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 52 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
