2. Heard the parties.
3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
Patna High Court CWJC No.1516 of 2024(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/3 "That, the present writ application is being filed for restraining the private respondents, who in collusion with the local police are trying to dispossess the petitioner from the suit land, and are also trying to dispose off the property of suit land, which is subject matter of T.S. No. 362 of 2017, now pending before the learned Sub Judge VIIIth, Bhagalpur (vacant court), due to which the three injunction petitions filed since span of last four years have been not heard due to the learned court having not been available."
4. The Sub-Judge, VIII, Bhagalpur is directed to dispose of the injunction petition filed by the petitioner in Title Suit No. 362 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order. After deciding the injunction application, the title suit must be decided by the Sub-Judge, VIII, Bhagalpur within next one year.
5. Until and unless the injunction application is decided, the status quo as on today shall be maintained by the parties.
6. The Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur is directed to see to it that the order of status quo passed by this Court is not violated by either of the parties.
7. The Sub-Judge, VIII, Bhagalpur will file status report after six months.
8. This application stands disposed of.
