2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C1-307 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the alleged victim. The case was sent for Mediation where the matter has been settled.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 8183 of 2025(4) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 this case. He further submits that the petitioner has already remained in custody for approximately nine months and he has been granted provisional bail vide order dated 18.02.2025 to settle the dispute.
5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.02.2025, is hereby confirmed. The petitioner will remain on the same bail bonds as executed earlier and he is not required to furnish fresh bail bonds. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
