JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 06.02.2017 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in Eco. Offence P.S. Case No.01 of 2012 (Spl. Case No.02 of 2017) by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 406, 409, 465, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act against the petitioner and others.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29976 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 charge.

Leave is granted.
