Petitioner was allegedly caught along with one country made looted pistol and four live cartridges on 03.02.2015 and thereafter he was remanded in the present case on 04.02.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Pandarak P.S.Case No. 12 of 2015.
