Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but from perusal of the impugned order, it would appear that the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 28-02-2016. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
