The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant received an envelop in which one passport of his name was found but the photograph of one Rahim was affixed thereon the informant alleged that his step-brother Md. Akbar got forged passport prepared with the help of the petitioner who happens to be the owner of Sonu photostat. It is submitted that except the statement of Md. Akbar the step brother of the informant, there is no evidence to show that the petitioner has prepared the forged passport. A raid was conducted in the shop of the petitioner and from there some

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25390 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 documents were recovered for which a separate case was lodged. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 17.04.2015, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 120 of 2015.
