Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-302, 120(B)/34 402 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and in course of investigation; the name of petitioner came in this case. The learned Additional Sessions Judge referred paragraphs18, 31 & 50 of the case diary to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the confessional statement of coaccused as well as supervision note of the Dy. S.P., there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

No.15793 of 2016 (2) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mairwa P.S.
