The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.01.2017 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that from the house of the petitioner one country made pistol has been recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged recovery has been made from the joint family house of the petitioner and the investigation has already been concluded. Though the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present case but in that case he is on bail. Learned APP for the State submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8706 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the investigation being concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 88 of 2016.
