The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

A truck loaded with iron rods was robbed by sedating the driver and the cleaner. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

Statements have been made in paragraph nos.

8 and 11 that neither there is any recovery from the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on TIP and learned Sessions Judge has committed an error of record that the truck in question was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.15486 of 2015 (02) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
