The victim has already been recovered and her statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at para-7 of the petition, the statement of victim, recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has been copied and from perusal of the aforesaid statement, I find that the victim voluntarily went to the house of petitioner's sister and she was neither pressurized nor allured by the petitioner to leave the custody of her guardian. Taking into consideration the aforesaid statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and also keeping in mind that petitioner is in jail custody since 3.2.2106, let the
