The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 427, 353, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3⁄4 of the Damage of Public Property Act. The informant alleges that the accused persons entered the office of the electricity center and destroyed furniture and tore papers which caused a loss of Rs. 1.77 lacs and even the electricity supply was disrupted. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been

No.5015 of 2022(2) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that no specific allegation has been leveled against the petitioner and similarly situated co-accused Arvind Kumar has been granted bail vide order dated 07.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 45428 of 2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 229 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
