The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nardiganj P.S. Case No.177 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police on secret information raided a place situated by the side of a river and apprehended Ranjeet Chauhan and Arun Chauhan and also recovered 7 liters country made liquor made of Mahua. The name of the petitioner transpired by the apprehended accused.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the disclosure made by Ranjeet Chauhan and Arun Chauhan, there is no material against the petitioner. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum-Spl. Judge, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.177 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
