That by the present writ petition the poor and helpless unemployed petitioners crave indulgence before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting-aside the orders being Letter dated 4.06.2015 bearing

2P/1.T./39/20143034/P.R. contained in Annexure-7 and also for setting aside the order dt. 17.04.2015 bearing Letter No.

2P/I.T./D.P.M.U.-15/2014/2323/P.R.

Annexure-8 contained is and directing the respondents to regularize/Adjust the services of the petitioners on any equivalent post, with full arrears, current and consequential benefits. And further for directing the Respondents to make payments of arrears of petitioner no. 1 from 2.8.2014 to 6.6.15 amount Rs. 90 thousands, petitioner no. 2 for the period of 8.10.14 to 17 April 2015 amount Rs.

60 thousand and petitioner no. 3 all admitted dues as of salaries. And further for issuance of any other writ or writs direction or directions as it may be deemed fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent
