The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.4198 of 2020(2) dt.29-06-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No. 342 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
