The present writ petition had been filed for a direction to the electricity authorities to provide to the petitioner a copy of provisional assessment of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1414 of 2022 dt.30-11-2022 2/2 electricity charges thrust upon him.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the copy of the counter affidavit which he has received includes the provisional assessment order of the electricity authorities.

Thus, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and he does not press this writ petition any further.
