The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. S. Tr. No. 302 of 2013 arising out of Brahampur (Nainijori) P.S. Case No.118 of 2009 registered under sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 30358 of 2013 on 31.01.2014 with direction to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible, preferably, within a period of one year. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 17.05.2013. It is also submitted that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, nothing has come against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7898 of 2015 (3) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 Judge, Buxar through letter no. 25 dated 15.04.2015, discloses that 17.04.2015 has already been fixed for framing of the charge. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. IInd, Buxar in connection with S. Tr. No. 302 of 2013 arising out of Brahampur (Nainijore) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2009. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
