2. This application has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 643 of 2018, registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application to approach the Electricity Authorities under Section 152 of the Electricity Act for compounding. If such an application is filed then the Electricity Company will decide the same within a month of the filing of the application.

3. The petitioner shall not be arrested in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 643/2018 within two month.
