JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and all injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure2. Further, they have no criminal antecedents. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitinoers.
