Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Aluli P.S. Case No. 399 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The present first information report has been lodged after twenty-four hours of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S.
