2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ballia (Baliya) P.S. Case No. 384 of 2024, a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 100 litres of illicit country made liquor has been recovered from mango orchard.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that recovery has been made from open place. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedents.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4859 of 2025(2) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is involved in the business of illicit liquor.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case and also petitioner has six criminal antecedents, this pre-arrest bail petition is dismissed.
