JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 In an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., learned Presiding Officer, Family Court, Buxar has considered the facts and circumstances of the case and upon finding that this petitioner has monthly income of Rs.48,564/- he has awarded a sum of Rs.7500/- only per month to the opposite party no.2 by way of ad interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the monthly income of the petitioner.

In that view of the matter alone, this Court does not find any perversity in the impugned order. This revision
