The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol was recovered and by opening of the magazine six cartridges were found.

Considering the period under custody and the fact that the investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15577 of 2015 (02) dt.20-05-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sadar, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 530 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in two other cases, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he substantially gets involved in some serious nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions.
