JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Informant and learned counsel for the State. Petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2016 in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case No.220 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, the informant got information on 26.06.2015 through telephone that his brother was murdered then he came to Patna and reached at the place of occurrence where the dead body of his brother was lying with laceration in his head.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2016. Petitioner has got no

The informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Except for suspicion, there is no other material to suggest the implication of the petitioner. The other coaccused has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.47807 of 2015.

On behalf of the State and counsel for the Informant, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Sangeeta Rani, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case No.220 of 2015.
