The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.Case No. 209 of 2018 registered under Sections 498-A, 354-B, 376, 511 & 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of about eighteen years in institution of a complaint, which was referred to the police for investigation, pursuant to which the FIR has been instituted, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara
