2. By the impugned order dated 07.12.2018, the application under Section 311 of the Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner-accused for re-examination of the witnesses has been rejected.

3. From the record, it appears that the witnesses were cross-examined on behalf of the petitioner.

4. No ground is made out for re-examination of the witnesses and the petitioner cannot be allowed to fill up the lacunae. This application is dismissed.
