JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Pandaul P. S. Case No.230 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC. So far this petitioner is concerned, it is said that on the basis of the forged certificate of the Bihar School Examination Board, she got appointment.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has no knowledge about the certificate being forged and she is a lady.
Heard learned counsel for the Vigilance Department, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the appointment has been obtained on the basis of forged BETET certificate.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P. S. Case No.230 of 2019 with condition that within ten days of her release, she has to appear before the Vigilance and and co-operate in the investigation, otherwise, prosecution is at liberty to move for cancellation of her bail bonds.
