JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of snatching golden chain and cash from the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant is the own nephew of the petitioners and there is case and counter case between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the

Case No. 148 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
