2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 536 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, while the informant was getting ploughed his field, the accused persons came there and started abusing him and in furtherance thereof, they assaulted the informant at his leg with iron rod. As a result of which, the informant's sustained leg injury. In the occurrence, Rs. 5,000/- is said to have been snatched away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted on the leg of the informant but the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6103 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 injuries are simple in nature. He has submitted further that prior to the present occurrence, the petitioner has lodged a case against the members of prosecution side including the informant of this case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, at Ara in connection with Sahpur P.S. Case No. 536 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/AKV U T
