The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 162 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is of demanding the motorcycle of the informant and abusing him and assaulted with iron rod on his head, causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not committed any offence and the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner neither arrested on the spot nor any incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the whole prosection story is false and fabricated and he has no criminal

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P. S.Case No. 162 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of Cr.P.C. and one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
