In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.153 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the victim was kidnapped by Nawal Mahto with the assistance given by the accused persons including the petitioners but in her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, she has not alleged anything against the petitioners, who are ladies.
