The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. C-753 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Vide order dated 21.10.2021, after hearing both the parties, the case was referred to the Mediation Centre of the district court. The report of District Mediation Centre is available with the record, which is at flag 'A'. The Mediator of the District Mediation Centre, Shri Bindeshwar Nath Tiwari has sent his report dated 23.12.2021, mentioning therein that the opposite party no. 2 was continuously appearing on three dates,

In these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
