This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Shakurabad P.S. Case No.26 of 2022 (Sessions Trial No.566 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 27 of the Arms Act. Later on, section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is accused of killing the son of the informant.

It appears from the record that all the witness, except the official witnesses, have been examined in the trial.

Since the trial is at the verge of completion, I

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
