The victim has not stated the name of the petitioner though she stated that she was taken away by four persons. The petitioner is in jail custody since long but uptill now, he has not been put on test identification parade, so that the victim could identify him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sathi P.S.
