Petitioners are in custody in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 326, 379, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in land dispute there is case and counter case in which both sides has sustained injury.
Learned counsel submits that injury report indicates that the injury is simple in nature.
The petitioners are in custody since 15.11.2018.

No.4346 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances discussed hereinabove, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Purnea, in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be either Mukhia or Sarpanch of the village concerned.
