JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in paragraph 1 of the bail petition with regard to offence alleged to have been committed by the petitioner.

Permission is accorded.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 and 35 of Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession one country made pistol was recovered. Accused Sanjay Kumar was also apprehended by the police and from his possession one country made pistol with five live cartridges were recovered. Sanjay Kumar has already been enlarged on bail and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24930 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 the petitioner is in jail since 13.11.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Thakur, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Danapur at Patna in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 209/14.
