The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the illicit liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2019.

Case No. 305 of 2019.
