Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365,366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that though there is allegation of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant, however, the fact is that the matter was of love affairs. The petitioner has sworn affidavit before the Notary Public regarding marriage with the victim alongwith joint photographs of them. The case diary would reveal that both were apprehended by the police when they had returned from Delhi and thereafter under pressure of the parents, the victim stated that she was kidnapped

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Raniganj Police Station Case No.252 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
