Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No.406 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 413,414/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.63020 of 2019 with observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
