The present writ petition has been filed for directing the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to make payment of the admitted dues of a sum of Rs. 1,82,346/- which is stated to have been approved by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur on 31.03.2017 and it pertains to supply of food materials by the petitioner in the General Assembly Elections held in Bazar Samittee at Ahiyapur, Muzaffarpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be approaching the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.2765 of 2020 dt.26-02-2020 2/2 disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievance and in case, the petitioner files appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks therefrom and in case, any admitted outstanding dues are found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a further period of eight weeks thereafter.
