The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.123 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
