Case No. 138 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 363, 364 and 366A/34 of the I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that this petitioner alongwith his cousin brother kidnapped the daughter of the informant and when the informant made complaint he was assaulted, abused and threatened to kill him. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2015. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against Saurabh Jha. It is further
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25043 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 submitted that the victim was having love affair. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi, in connection with Nanpur P.S.
