The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S.case No.194 of 2018 dated 7.9.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he caught hold the hands of the deceased and other two accused persons have fired on him causing his death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that one of the co-accused having similar allegation has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 6.2.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.1011 of 2019. He is in custody for more than four months. Charge sheet has already

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S.case No.194 of 2018.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
