JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner subsequently surfaced in the instant case. He further submits that co-accused Lallu Samarat has been granted bail by this Court in CR. Misc. No. 71642 of 2018 vide order dated 09.01.2019 and the case of this petitioner is similarly circumstanced.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4231 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XI, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 320 of 2018.
