The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 573 of 2019 dated 29.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 395, 396 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the accusation against the petitioner is only on the basis of confession of arrested co-accused person but considering that the petitioner has been made accused in the past in several cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, it shall be considered on its own
