2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 337 of 2020 for the offence registered under sections 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 09.11.2020 by the informant, Seema Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant who is mother of the victim lady alleged that in the year 2018, she got her daughter married to this petitioner but the accused always wanted a motorcycle along with cash for which she was tortured. The couple was also blessed with a female child but this was not accepted by the accused's family members and infuriated by that she was burnt to death. Accordingly, the F.I.R.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7219 of 2024(3) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 lady herself committed suicide and after the death, the petitioner has been implicated in this case.

5. In this case, case diary was called for and learned APP has taken this Court to the different paragraphs to show that the lady was found dead with 95% burn injuries and the villagers have also whispered about the demand made by the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that he is the husband, was supposed to protect his wife, she is now no more and the allegation is on him, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.
