2. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Gwalpara P.S Case No. 193 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 61, 3(5) of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioners along with co-accused have conspired for killing the husband of informant by firing bullet.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition. It is also submitted that petitioners are in judicial custody since 06.10.2024.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order it appears that, allegation against the petitioners is participated in the conspiracy of murder of the husband of the informant. There is specific allegation against other co-accused persons for causing firearm injury upon the husband of the informant whereas, allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner no. 1 is a lady.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M 1st
