The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is with regard to payment of the admitted dues amounting to Rs.7,55,780/- along with interest. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations for payment of the admitted dues but no payment has yet been made to him. It goes without saying that after admission of the dues

Patna High Court CWJC No.24462 of 2018 dt.21-12-2019 2/2 of the petitioner, the respondents have to ensure payment of the admitted dues.

Considering the aforesaid contentions, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited (respondent no. 2) with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances. In the event dues are admitted by the respondent no. 2, he shall ensure payment of the admitted dues to the petitioner. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today along with copy of this order, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. In the event the petitioner's claim is not found admissible, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with.
